  • No Damage: Items must show no signs of damage, wear, or tampering.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain categories of items cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the item has been used. These typically include:

  • Apparel and Cosplay: Due to hygiene concerns, items such as wigs, clothing, and accessories are generally non-returnable after use.
  • Digital Content: Downloadable software, codes, or digital media cannot be returned after activation or download.
  • Personalized or Special Order Items: Items that are made to order or customized specifically for you may not be eligible for return.

The Return Process
